There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on May 21, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at 1357 Mount Baldy, Perris, CA 92570. Any Contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the entire mandatory job walk and conference will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The project generally consists of campus-wide exterior painting at Enchanted Hills Elementary School. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, surface preparation, pressure washing, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, priming, and painting of exterior building surfaces, doors, trim, fascia, and other related exterior building surfaces as identified in the bid documents and specifications. The work also includes protection of adjacent surfaces, cleanup, proper disposal of materials, and all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract documents.
